Performance

Under ideal conditions, the 2026 bZ delivers up to an estimated 380 km of range in FWD models and up to an estimated 468 km in AWD models on a single charge. Battery Preconditioning is also included to help improve charging performance in cold weather.The bZ is built on Toyota’s e-TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture) platform, which places the battery low within the chassis. This lower center of gravity enhances driving dynamics and delivers a greater sense of control and confidence behind the wheel.

The Toyota bZ electric SUV is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense™ 3.0, an advanced suite of intelligent active safety features. This EV includes technologies like the Pre-Collision System, designed to support driver awareness—especially at intersections—and more, helping boost confidence and elevate peace of mind on every drive.
Toyota Safety Sense™ includes advanced driver-assist technologies such as pedestrian, bicycle, and motorcycle detection, along with front-to-front oncoming vehicle detection and right- and left-turn oncoming pedestrian detection with braking support. Features like Left Turn Oncoming Vehicle Detection and Braking help add confidence at intersections, while Dynamic Radar Cruise Control with Curve Speed Management helps maintain smooth, controlled driving.
